Mr. John Voss is a Technology and Business Leader with a strong focus on systems/software process improvements within high technology, commercial and defense avionics businesses.  He possess a successful record of leading and program managing enterprise-wide IT process consulting, CMMI & multi-model based appraisals, process and tools development and deployment, quantitative measurement, and in improving organizational effectiveness. Mr. Voss is recognized as an effective communicator, trainer, and consultant to business leadership and engineering teams. He has strong quality process knowledge including ISO, AS-9100 and Six Sigma methodologies.

Mr. Marc Matrulli is a Senior Information Technology Manager with a focus on Quality and Process Improvement for Systems Integration and Application Management processes.  He has worked as an IT consultant, project/program manager, and operations manager for many clients across various industries including communications and high tech, financial services, government, and logistics and transportation.  Mr. Matrulli has had success in delivering large-scale application development projects, running application management teams, and leading large distributed organizations to achieve CMMI maturity.  He is PMP certified and has strong quality process knowledge including Six-Sigma and CMMI.
